What is a “no show”? You don’t show up for your appointment and don’t notify us 12 hours in advance

What are the results of a no show?
1st No Show: Verbal reminder and reschedule
2nd no show: Walk-in status reinstate to “appointment”
3rd no show: Notify your health plan and recommend they change your doctor
